I highly recommend this for your gatherings. I'm married to a Texan and this brisket meets his high standards. The whole brisket serves at least 20ish people or the half up to 15. I've ordered it for my parties and now have ordered it for others who have tried it at my house. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy! Oh, don't forget the BBQ sauce - it's delicious.

New Braunfels Smokehouse makes it easy for me to order brisket and even mails all the way to Ohio. I am missing my (real) BBQ from home! Thank you for making my "MEAT TOOTH" happy.

I wanted to send our son in California some Texas BBQ and because of the great reviews, I decided on New Braunfels Smokehouse. I wasn't disappointed. It shipped on time and arrived on time. Our son said that the brisket was perfect, and the ice packs were still frozen. I ordered a 5-7 lb. brisket, and it was over 10 lbs. He said it was delicious. I'm sure I will order again. Thank you!
