I purchased 2 large briskets for a Christmas Eve party and rec'd. so many compliments. Was asked numerous times, "Where did you get this wonderful brisket?" Served on rolls with heated BarBQue sauce was just wonderful.

Generally enjoyed our beef brisket, but I had to try to rinse off some of the pepper. WAY too much, IMHO.
