I purchased 2 large briskets for a Christmas Eve party and rec'd. so many compliments. Was asked numerous times, "Where did you get this wonderful brisket?" Served on rolls with heated BarBQue sauce was just wonderful.

I highly recommend this for your gatherings. I'm married to a Texan and this brisket meets his high standards. The whole brisket serves at least 20ish people or the half up to 15. I've ordered it for my parties and now have ordered it for others who have tried it at my house. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy! Oh, don't forget the BBQ sauce - it's delicious.
