My brother & I have been buying this outstanding brisket for several years. We have never tasted a smoked brisket like this anywhere. The flavor knocks your socks off!! Sent two briskets to family in middle Illinois for Xmas, all agreed it was some of the best flavored meat they had ever tasted plus they loved y'alls B-B-Q sauce.

Simply the best Brisket, well smoked and not too much fat. Smoked bacon also great, especially if you bake it at 450 F.

Bought half a brisket a few weeks ago, cut into 4 sections, and placed 3 in freezer. One or two slices, plus a salad or other veggies make a perfect low calorie meal tasty and fulfilling! Sometimes I microwave the slices for 20 secs or so, but usually I eat them cold delicious either way! I'm ordering a whole brisket today.
