      Stop looking around for a BBQ seller and buy your BBQ right here!! The brisket I received was incredible. Juicy, smoky, and as tender as can be. Love New Braunfels and will continue to use them as my ONLY place for authentic Texas BBQ.

      I consider myself a BBQ connoisseur and your brisket was amazing. It was cooked to perfection and the shipping was fast. The only small change I'd make would be to trim down the fat cap more to around a 1/4 inch.

      So this has become our new holiday staple. We gave it a try last year for Thanksgiving and X-mas and I must say, the smoked turkey and brisket were amazing! We also ordered the ribs at X-mas which were equally incredible! We had plenty of leftovers which we enjoyed for several days. I would highly recommend the New Braunfels Smokehouse!
