I used to live in London, England and Dortmund, Germany. These smoked meats remind me of shopping on the London high street, Harrahs' Food Halls and the Dortmund outdoor farmers markets! Mahalo for bringing back such fond memories from 1987-1991. Your smoked meats are definitely in that tradition. I will not buy any more deli from my local store, to much salt and preservatives. My holiday charcuterie will come from NB Smokehouse!! Mahalo Nui Loa for carefully shipping to Hawaii. Your meat, cheeses are great!

My first experience with New Braunfels was when I received the Tender Trios as a gift. At that point I discovered the great flavor and how good the mustard is! When we decided to have a cocktail party with some people I wanted to impress, I ordered the Buffet. Great choice, because we had lots of options. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we hope to get together again in the not-too-distant future.
