      This was some of the best if not the best smoked meat we have ever had. Not salty or over seasoned or under seasoned. It is lean, moist, and delicious. We do not write reviews very often, but we thought others should know how fabulous this meat is. It was a gift and we received the Smoked Chipotle Sauce with it, which is a perfect complement to the meat. The sauce is made with very pure ingredients and has a wonderful flavor. What a treat this was! Thank you.
