Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.Smokehouse Suggestions

Had one of these mailed to my sister and husband for Christmas, and they raved about the taste, moistness and just the right smoked flavor. They said it was very delicious and, by the way, they liked the taste of pheasant.

This is quite simply AMAZING! I have been wanting to try their pheasant for ages (ever since I discovered their thick-cut beef jerky) and this did NOT disappoint! If I could give it ten stars, I would in a heartbeat!

Ordered one pheasant last Christmas for sister and family - they loved it; said it was seasoned just right and moist. I ordered a pair for them this Thanksgiving.

I treat myself to one of the smoked pheasants and another thing or two every couple of years. I recently received a smoked pheasant and two smoked Cornish game hens. First meal was fettuccine, asparagus, mushrooms tossed in a wee bit of Alfredo sauce with warmed smoked pheasant on top. It was spectacular! Seriously thinking about a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving.

Outstanding meals and for some reason does not explode my blood sugar content test.
