Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

I've smoked many turkeys, waking up at 4am, prepping, going out in the cold, hourly checks, all the junk to get a good turkey. This year I rolled the dice and purchased one from NB. It was amazing! Thank you!

Our normal supplier of our annual smoked turkey was unable to supply, we turned to New Braunfels. After storing in refrigerator, we opened, let come a bit to room temp then into our smoker on "smoke" for 2 hours, then to 195 for 1 hour. The turkey was fantastic. Not too much salt/brine, strong smoke and, most importantly, extremely tasty meat (I like the dark was over the top). We've ordered brisket in the past, we will be ordering turkey again next year. Excellent.

We ordered your 9-11 pound turkey for Thansgiving 5 days before the holiday! It arrived in an insulated box that kept it nice and cold in the short trip from your store to our home! It was the best turkey I've ever put in my mouth and I'm ordering another turkey to have on hand if we need one before Christmas! Keep making the best Turkey in Texas!
