Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

I've been ordering New Branufels Thanksgiving turkeys for about 25 years or more. I can't think of getting it anywhere else. Almost always I get the smoked turkey, but I have had a couple of smoked and peppered turkeys in the past. The taste is wonderful, the meat is moist, they always arrive on time, and it helps with all the other items one needs to make to go with the dinner to have this delicious turkey ready and waiting!
