Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

I ordered a large turkey and smoked ham last Thanksgiving, this was for me and my wife. We had enough for Christmas and freezer bagged saved for months. I smoke meats on my own during the year, but this was so much better!

Our usual Thanksgiving host was in the process of building a new home this year. He typically LOVES to cook the turkey. We all scrambled to pull our favorite feast together, and I was charged with the turkey. I knew right where I wanted to land, though. NEW BRAUNFELS Smoked Turkey. The BEST smoked turkey, and the meatiest turkey I have ever fixed. Melt in your mouth tender and leftovers freeze beautifully for future mouthwatering meals. A must have in my home year round.
