Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

I have never tasted a smoked turkey before. I ordered this for a Anniversary gift for my Mom and Step-Dad. They loved it! The last time I visited them, my Step-Dad wanted to know how he could order another one. I ordered another turkey while I was visiting, and got to taste it. I thought it tasted like ham, and was very impressed and it was delicious. Thank you New Braunfels Smokehouse! I found you on the internet and I may go broke sending your products as gifts.

Because of COVID, we didn't have all the family and friends with us and I didn't feel like spending a day in the kitchen. We heard about NB smokehouse and decided to try it out. The was the BEST TURKEY ever!!! Won't ever go back to roasting one; couldn't ever match the flavor and moistness. I am now planning to order and send as gifts.

i have been barbecueing for 20 years and smoking meat in my smoker and your turkey is excellent. I am stuck in NY for several months and its too cold to smoke in the snow here so I am happy i found your products.
