Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

I have now ordered two of these peppered Smoked Turkeys and both have been excellent! And for me, living in Missouri, it only takes a couple of days for it to get here; still chilled .I am VERY happy with the product and will be ordering more.

This is our third Thanksgiving Peppered Smoked Turkey. Our daughter went away to college this fall and the only item she INSISTED on having as part of the menu was this turkey. Makes my day easier knowing she will be happy!

I ordered this for Thanksgiving, in order to give myself a break from smoking or frying my own turkey this year since moving here from Texas last year.
