Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

We order this for all major holidays at my house. It is consistently great, always have comments on how yummy this turkey breast is, the flavor cannot be beat! Even my picky kids love it.

This will be the third I am ordering this, awesome turkey. There were no left overs and here it is Chistmas and the family wants more!

We have had this turkey for Christmas for at least 10 years. A low fat diet prompted us to try this. The left overs, if there is any turn into breakfast burritos with hashbrown, flavoring for butter beans, or just alone. Our family loves it!
