Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

I bought a pair of these for my wife and I. We put them the oven to warm and eat. I was very surprised at the moistness of the meat. The are absolutely wonderful. At first I thought they were small, but we ate each for dinner and lunch the following day. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

This was my family's first order with New Braunfels Smokehouse. We had the Cornish Game Hens first. Absolutely fantastic! Tender, smokey, juicy.you cannot go wrong with these!

These birds are soo easy to cook and extremely tasty. We now send these out to our families in other states for holidays.
