Cooking Instructions:
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

I bought 4 of these birds as a gift last year for New Years and they were wonderful. Will do it again! Have bought other items and they are all been wonderful!

These birds are fabulous! We always have them in the freezer! So great for a last minute meal!
