This smoked ham has been a core part of out Thanksgiving for the last 5 years. The ham tastes like they hickory smoked it in the old days. What you get is a perfectly smoked ham that isn't salty. If you try it, you'll never go back.

I ordered for the 1'st time for Easter. This ham was the best tasting ham our family has had in 20 years. It had no fat on it and was absolutely delicious. I intend to order bacon and ribs in the future. I have ordered hams from other smokehouses but none can compare to the flavor and not being too salty.Where have you been all our life?

We haven't eaten our yet, it's mere presence in the refrigerator and the aroma coming from that ham has everyone opening the door. More after it's been consumed.

I have never written a review on anything I've ordered from the net, but had to write. For years I've tried different ham from every store, even health food stores. Could never find a ham we enjoyed, until ordering from New Braunfels Smokehouse. There were 20 people for dinner and all agreed the best they have ever had.

The best flavor I've had in 30 years.
